We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon submission of your order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT GIFT CARDS. If you place the order with a gift card, refunds are unable to be processed.
This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we're not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We only accept money orders and cashier’s checks.
COD orders must be $500.00 or more to be shipped out.
We do not take any personal checks.
Multiple Product Orders:
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, issued back to your store account as store credit or refunded. You will only be charged for all products at time of purchase. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt if an order is split into multiple shipments.
Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. PerfectVape reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether PerfectVape/Beck Services LLC signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
You certify that by purchasing products from this website that you are over the legal age in your state.

By purchasing products from PerfectVape/Beck Services LLC you certify and agree that you are over the legal age in your state and that products purchased from PerfectVape/Beck Services LLC are to be used solely by persons over the legal age in your state.
You agree that no claims about safety, health benefits or uses for the products were specifically stated by PerfectVape/Beck Services LLC.
You assume all liability for proper use of the products purchased from PerfectVape/Beck Services LLC.
PerfectVape will not be held liable for any personal and/or property damage, illness, injury or financial loss caused by the use of the products or inability to use the products purchased from PerfectVape/Beck Services LLC.
Your order can only be purchased with a credit, debit, or prepaid card. After 60 days, regardless of any previous solutions, our transaction system will not allow a refund. We can only refund the card that was used for the purchase and a refund can not be processed any other way, regardless of the card status on the customers or companies end. Products sold by PerfectVape/Beck Services LLC have not been reviewed by the FDA and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure any disease.
Comments/reviews posted by visitors or customers of PerfectVape/Beck Services LLC or associated websites do not represent the opinion of PerfectVape/Beck Services LLC or its employees or representatives.
If you received the wrong product or order, depending on the item(s), it might be required that you comply with our return policy by returning the product so that we can work to accommodate. If you choose to not comply, further actions will be necessary.
Providing false information on your order or account is forbidden. If you do so, we will ask for a photo ID be sent to us. If the given information does not match your identification, we will not proceed with your order nor refund your order. If you are underage, PerfectVape/Beck Services LLC holds the right to suspend your account and not refund your order.
We carry the right to ask for an age verification at any point in your purchase.
We will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order during the fulfillment process. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, issued back as store credit on your perfect vape account, or refunded back to your charge card. We do not refund shipping due to the Federal Vape Mail Ban which requires a fee of shipment.
You will only be charged for the products at the time of purchase that you had placed in your cart including if any shipping fees. The shipping fees are what was selected during checkout and we will not refund or credit any amount that you have paid if you haven't selected that appropriate option for shipping at checkout. If your package has been shipped through the carrier that you have selected and you haven't contacted us to change that option then unfortunately you will be charged for that service as a refund or credit will not be provided.
Modifications of Prices:
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension of service.
Use of Site:
Harassment in any form on the site by any communications such as phone calls, e-mail, order comments, etc., is forbidden. Use of obscene or abusive language can ban you from the site. Documentations will be kept and escalated to the necessary party.
