We now offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more.  For orders of under $50 we offer a fixed shipping charge of $3.99.  These shipping charges apply to orders for the Continental U.S. only.  Remember, if you are a Vape Shop and get a better price anywhere else we will match it or beat it!   

**The customer takes full responsibility of the package once it leaves our facility, we are not responsible for stolen, lost, held, or damaged shipments IF your package is insured. Please contact UPS or USPS for any shipment issues or file a claim for lost or damaged packages. If you do not know if your package is insured please give customer service a call!**

Free shipping and flat rate shipping are exclusively for Continental U.S. destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please be advised: shipping estimates are estimates. 

In most cases, we ship out same day or the next day. Please note that it could take us 1-3 days for items to be processed and shipped out if the order was placed on the weekend for we are closed on the weekends. Fixed rate shipping is an estimated 3 to 5 business days. 

Please Note: tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package around 5PM CST.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  

**Cash on Delivery' orders must be paid with cashiers' check or money order.  For COD orders below $500 a $15 shipping fee will be applied. COD is for Wholesale accounts in the continental US only.**

** Behalf is a $250 minimum and is reserved for wholesale customers only. **

International Orders: 

If your country is not listed in the registration or checkout process, we may not ship to your country due to their regulations. You can always contact us to ask. No free shipping for any international orders regardless of size, international orders will be shipped via USPS, DHL or UPS at our discretion, regardless of selection chosen.   

If your package is rejected, returned to us, or held by your countries customs department you will be responsible for the full invoice amount. No refunds will be given.  The customer is responsible for any customs fee, duties, taxes or any other fees associated with the order.  We will NOT alter or modify the invoice or product labels, all items shipped internationally must be declared.  Orders over $250 must be paid via wire transfer. 


**We will contact you about out-of-stock items in your orders for different color options. If contact is unsuccessful, you will automatically receive store credit.**


Return Policy & Procedure:

Not eligible for return: E-Liquid (Juice), Atomizers, Clearomizers, Cartomizers, Flavor Pods, Disposable devices, Refillable Pods & Drip Tips. 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Also for broken, faulty, or defective products you can submit a return within 30 days of shipping. All returns must be in their correct packaging and must include all original items that were included. First you will log into your account with us, then you will click on the “Account Menu” and view the order using the “Complete Orders”  link, then you will click on the return items button. It will ask what’s wrong with the item and what you would like to do once we receive the item and the technical team tests it. You have the option of another of the same item you ordered, store credit on your account, or a refund back to your card. Once you fill out the return request someone will view all the return requests and approve or deny them based on the 30 day policy and the items in the description. 

**You will need to pay for the cost to be shipped back to us.**

Refund process:

We do not refund the cost of shipping. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  

Received the wrong product? 

If you receive an incorrect product, we will exchange the product for the correct item. We will arrange shipping accommodations so that the incorrect item can be sent back to us. The policy for this kind of issue is that we would email you a return label to print out and tape to that package to ship back to us. USPS will immediately inform us that the package has been scanned and shipped back to us. As soon as we see that alert we would be able to ship out your new package. If you do not have access to a printer we will make accommodations for you.

** If we do not receive the incorrect items back, we will have to charge for the product and shipping.**

If you are missing items from your order, you will need to contact us in a week's frame from receiving it for any accommodations.
